A batch of Du Zhong has a white coating. Is this characteristic of this product or could it be mold with the risk of aflatoxin contamination? Other products sometimes have a coating where it is uncertain whether it is mold. An example of this is Jujubae fructus (Da Zhao), which is usually a sugar crystallization.
